A Poll About Problems - What Is The Biggest Problem?

In your opinion, which of the following is currently the biggest real estate problem?

•  Too many foreclosures and as a result too many foreclosed properties on the market.
•  Lack of adequate bank financing to buy or refinance both residential and commercial property.
•  Lingering economic impact from "The Great Recession" (Problems will disappear when the economy is back to normal)
•  Excessive risk-taking by banks which makes them less interested in making low-interest mortgages.
•  All of the above are too big to single out (and all of the above should be a high-priority solution)
•  None of the above (at least all is well in my neighborhood)
